What Is Seedly Sites?#
Seedly Sites is a self-hosted website builder and content management system built for agencies that run many client websites. One platform, one login, every client site: you build each site in a real drag-and-drop visual builder, manage its pages, blog, media, and SEO in the CMS, and publish it as fast static files to Cloudflare Pages on the client's own domain.
Instead of renting a seat on a hosted builder and paying per site, per month, forever, you buy the source code once and run your own instance. Your client sites, your data, your infrastructure, your margins.

Why Own It?#
One platform for every client site. Multi-tenancy is the core of the product. Each client site is a tenant with its own pages, blog, media library, settings, users, and deploy pipeline - all managed from a single operator login.
A real builder, not a template picker. Pages are built from a generic element model (Section, Row, Column, and a library of elements and blocks) with per-breakpoint layout control, native style fields, and reusable saved sections. See the visual builder.
Fast static output by architecture. Published sites are prerendered static HTML served from Cloudflare Pages - no runtime framework, no origin server in the request path, no plugin stack to patch. See Architecture.

Visual Builder#
Drag-and-drop page building on a Section, Row, Column hierarchy with 46 element and block types - headings, text, images, galleries, video, buttons, grids, accordions, FAQ, reviews, before/after image sliders, popups, maps, and a local-business pack. Native style fields per element, per-breakpoint column widths, section presets, and a saved-blocks library.
Multi-Tenant CMS#
Every client site is a tenant: its own pages, blog posts, media, redirects, tracking scripts, locations, and settings, strictly scoped. Operators see everything; clients see only their own site.
Branding & Design#
Per-site identity (logo, favicon, colors, fonts, navigation, CTAs) drives the rendered site and the builder canvas from one place. A brand component layer keeps every section on brand.
Content & Blog#
Pages with drafts, scheduled publishing, and password protection; a full blog with categories, tags, author profiles, and rich-text editing.
SEO Tools#
Per-page meta and Open Graph fields, focus keyword analysis, structured data, per-site sitemaps and robots controls, redirects with a 404 monitor, and broken-link and orphan-page detection.

Three Ways to Build a Site#
Fill a new client site by porting an existing site (reproduced closely, with a content-parity report), generating a fresh site from a client's own intake questionnaire that they fill out (or you complete with them), or cloning a live site as a near-exact copy. All three land as drafts you review before anything goes live.
Copy in the Client's Voice#
Generated copy is written to sound like the client, drawn from their own intake inputs, and honesty gates block any statistic, rating, or superlative the client did not actually supply - so a generated site stays truthful and on brand.
Unique by Design#
Every generated site gets its own structure within brand-safe bounds, and each build is checked against your prior builds, so two clients built from the same template pack never receive a recognizably identical site.
Client Access & Roles#
Invite clients with WordPress-style roles scoped to their own site. You control who can edit, publish, and deploy.

- Is there a monthly fee?
- No. The license is a one-time $999 purchase. You pay your own infrastructure costs (a small app host plus media storage); the published sites themselves are static files served from Cloudflare Pages.
- Can my clients edit their own sites?
- Yes. You invite a client as a user scoped to their own site. They log in through a branded login screen, edit their pages in the visual builder, and their changes go live the next time you deploy.
- Is it white-label?
- The client login screen is branded, published sites carry no powered-by badge, and every site runs on its own custom domain. The admin dashboard itself keeps its standard interface.
- Do I need to be a developer to run it?
- No. Setup is a guided, copy-paste terminal walkthrough led by Pixl, the setup companion. If you can paste a command into a terminal, you can stand up the platform.
- How do I fill a new client site with content?
