Is it really unlimited client sites?
Yes. You run the platform on infrastructure you control, so there are no per-site or per-seat fees. Add as many client tenants as your own infrastructure can run, instead of paying Webflow or Wix a recurring fee for every single client site.
Can I white-label it?
Completely. You get the source code, so the builder, dashboard, and client portal carry your brand, not ours. There's no reseller badge to pay a monthly fee to remove.
What do I need to run it, and how do I set it up?
Somewhere to host the CMS (a Node app plus Postgres, about $20 a month on a host like Railway) and a Cloudflare account for the static client sites. You get a step-by-step guided setup, and most teams have their own instance live in an afternoon, so if your team is comfortable deploying a Node app, you can run Seedly Sites. It's a platform you operate, not a no-code product.
Who supports my clients?
You do, and you are not on your own doing it. You get the full source, the docs, and the same stack I run my own agency on, plus direct support from me and a community of Seedly owners who share setups and trade add-on modules. Client support and maintenance are yours, which is exactly why agencies want to own the platform instead of renting one.
I already build my clients' sites somewhere else. How do I move them over?
You move on your own schedule. Because you own and host the platform, you can bring client sites across in batches and run Seedly Sites alongside your current tool while you rebuild, then point each domain over when it is ready. There is no per-site clock and no monthly bill ticking while you migrate, so you switch on your timeline, not a vendor's.
How does hosting cost work?
Client sites deploy as static HTML to Cloudflare Pages, whose free tier includes unlimited bandwidth for static assets and allows commercial use. The CMS and any dynamic features run on your own infrastructure, which is about $20 a month on a small host like Railway. So in practice you are looking at roughly $20 a month to start, rising toward $200 a month on Cloudflare once you are running a large roster of client sites.
Do I get the full source code?
Yes. A Seedly Sites license is the full platform source code, delivered to you to host yourself and white-label. There is no obfuscation and no per-seat lockout; it becomes your product to run, extend, and bill on, built on MIT-licensed Payload.
Do I get updates after I buy the source?
Yes. Every release ships with a plain-English changelog. You pull the new version and merge the pieces you want, on your own schedule. Nothing is forced on you and nothing breaks overnight, and because you own the code you are never stuck waiting on a vendor's roadmap to fix or add what you need.
What can I sell? Can I resell the platform itself?
You can build and sell unlimited client websites on Seedly Sites, white-label the whole platform as your own, and charge your clients whatever you want, with no per-site fees coming back to us. You are also free, and genuinely encouraged, to build your own add-on modules and share or sell them to other owners in the Seedly community. What you cannot do is resell or redistribute the core platform source code itself, original or modified. In short: sell the sites and the add-ons you build on it, not the platform code underneath.
Is it secure enough for my clients' sites and data?
Client sites publish as static files, which keeps their public attack surface small, and the CMS and data run on infrastructure you control rather than a shared platform you do not. What happens to my platform and my clients' sites if Seedly Sites goes away?
Nothing changes for you. You download and own the full platform source and host it yourself, so your builder and every client site keep running whether Seedly Sites is around or not. There is no license server checking in and no account anyone can switch off. That is the whole point of owning the platform instead of renting one: your clients' sites cannot go dark because a vendor changed its mind or its pricing.
Do you offer refunds?
No, and here is the honest reason. A Seedly Sites license is the full platform source code, delivered straight to you. Once you have the source, there is nothing to hand back, so a money-back guarantee is not something I can offer in good faith.
