No Refunds

All sales of Seedly Sites are final. Because the Product is digital source code delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the download link has been provided.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product (source code) that cannot be "returned" once accessed, and you agree to waive any right to a refund.

Why No Refunds?

Seedly Sites is sold as complete source code. Once you download the code, you have every file, and a download cannot be returned. That is why all sales are final, which is standard practice for source code and boilerplate products across the industry.

Review the documentation before purchasing so you know exactly what the builder and CMS include:

Try the Live Demo First

Seedly Sites has a live demo as well as the documentation above, so you can click through the real builder and CMS before spending anything. Use it. All sales are final, and the demo is the last chance to find out the product is not what you wanted.

That applies to any purchase completed during or after the earlier pre-launch period. There is no refund window and no trial period after purchase.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with your download (corrupted file, missing license key, download link not working), contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly. Technical support for delivery problems is always provided regardless of this refund policy.
